I love the convenience of coming to Brown Daub. I must say Craig Garrison has an irreplaceable personality when it comes to customer service. And I don't pressure the service to be done immediately. So it helps us both tend to other projects. But I shouldn't have to wait for a call for 6+ hours for an oil change on a pre scheduled appt. I was not a walk in. I was pushed off because I was a drop off. These experiences come from other service mgrs. And that is why Mr. Craig Garrison stands out above the rest.
