I was traveling from PA to Va Beach are when my motor blew. I arrived at the dealership totally panicked but Lee and the other service advisors put me at ease and took excellent care of me. We have purchased several vehicles from Brown Daub Kia over the past 10 years. We traded our Kia in because the warranty was due to expire but it will be our last purchase at Brown Daub. We have not been over the past 10 years. We traded our Kia in because the warranty was due to expire but it will be our last purchase at Brown Daub. We have not been happy with the quality of service over the past several years, particularly since the change in ownership. The only person we will deal with in the Service Department is Craig. I brought my vehicle in for a recall repair on a Saturday morning. I booked it online. Instead of just performing the work, the service rep came out to tell me I should not have booked online if I wanted to wait for the vehicle. That may be policy, but it’s not a smart policy and it’s even a less smart policy when the rep comes out to tell the customer that. This is just one example of the decline in quality customer service. It’s been a good ride but we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. More
