My experience with brown daub Kia was the worst I have ever had with any car dealership in my life. They never took my calls I kept going to voicemail with no call backs. I kept telling them I needed a co ever had with any car dealership in my life. They never took my calls I kept going to voicemail with no call backs. I kept telling them I needed a courtesy car because for how long they were going to have my car I needed to get to work. There answer was they didn’t have any cars because of Covid and didn’t know when they would get a new one. I was also told it was gunna take two weeks to fix my issue and and it took then more then a month. I had to contact the manager to get any kind of answer and then all of a sudden I got a rental car and a week later I got my car back which was very suspicious because when I picked up the rental car I asked for a timeline on my car and they said they didn’t have one. After more then a month and finally getting my car back I had it for 4 days and it broke again with the same issue that I originally brought it in to brown daub Kia for. Extremely frustrated I didn’t go back to brown daub Kia I brought it to Allentown Kia and they were fantastic! Extremely nice and caring and we’re contacting me every step of the way. The reason my car broke the second time was when brown daub was fixing my first problem they broke something else. I never want to deal with brown daub Kia again unless they are going to compensate me for my time and suffering More
