Had problem with my TPMS, Came into the shop on Tuesday 10/19/21. They said it was fixed. For some reason I knew it wasn't. 30 minutes later TPMS signal came back on. Was told to come in on Wednesday 10/20 10/19/21. They said it was fixed. For some reason I knew it wasn't. 30 minutes later TPMS signal came back on. Was told to come in on Wednesday 10/20/21. They problem was finally fixed. Took 3 visits to get this corrected. Jim thoroughly explained what the problem was. More

Car broke down while out of town, visiting for a weekend. Edit: Providing an update to my last review. I had given a one star rating being a frustrated customer in the moment of my car situation (my apologies). From a customer point of view when you just purchase a one star rating being a frustrated customer in the moment of my car situation (my apologies). From a customer point of view when you just purchase a car and within a couple of weeks after it has a major problem it's very easy to wonder if you had been given a bad car. Especially in a world where trusting car dealerships is quite frankly....hard (especially more now than ever in covid times). I was in complete shock to learn of a trans problem on my new vehicle as it was so unexpected...so soon. You can only imagine all the things going through my head after finding that out. However, Steve Parr the VP at Brown Daub reached out to me immediately in regards to my situation. He assured me they would never sell a vehicle if it had a problem and that they service and test the vehicles and do whatever work is necessary (if any) prior to selling them. They are legit. Thankfully he managed to work a miracle and get everything rectified for me and my car with his team which has provided me with a sense of relief. A very big thank you and appreciation to Steve and his team at Brown Daub for getting everything figured out and finding solutions to the problem. I will now have a new trans put in and a loaner car until I am reunited back with my baby. I truly miss my car (because it is a good one...hence why I purchased it) and unfortunately sometimes these types of things just happen unexpectedly but I'm happy to now at least know everything is under control and that Steve and the team at Brown Daub is doing what they can to get my car fixed asap. I would recommend Brown Daub because they do try their best to work with you any way they can. That is what I liked about them during the process of purchasing my car from the get go. It was (in my experience) what set them apart from other dealerships for me. My car's scary hiccup with the trans may have had me questioning Brown Daub for a moment, but Steve and his team proved again why I chose them to buy my car from to begin with. Thanks again guys! More
