I am very happy with the service I receive at Brown Daub. Initially I was apprehensive because dealerships have bad reputations for taking advantage. Under this management I have not had that experience. Twice I have brought my car in and they could have taken advantage. They did not. I appreciate that. And they are very efficient and friendly. Terrible service and expensive. Paid to get AC fixed they said it was good and tested the system but got home and it stopped working that night. Wasted money and not even bothering to go back to make it they said it was good and tested the system but got home and it stopped working that night. Wasted money and not even bothering to go back to make it right. Said there were other issues with car that needs to be fixed. I went to private mechanic and said it was not true with these other issues and he repaired my AC. Plus I had to wait long period to make an appointment which they said they are short on help. This is my 2nd time as the 1st time had some minor issues like they forgot to put the oil change sticker on the windshield. I complained them they did but put the incorrect mileage on it. Long wait to get a simple oil change but gave them a pass but after this never ever going back. There are better places to go. More

Took the vehicle for an appointment. Drove with tech and agreed there was an issue. Front counter service person, was not what a front counter service person should be. Took my vehicle to another Kia d agreed there was an issue. Front counter service person, was not what a front counter service person should be. Took my vehicle to another Kia dealer where I got treated fantastic. Will not go back to brown daub Kia and will Never recommend anybody go there with their vehicle. More
