I presume this is related to my recent service appointment. The service advisor Mr. Frits was helpful, efficient, and courteous. Totally satisfied with my experience, and as I'm a "morning person" appointment. The service advisor Mr. Frits was helpful, efficient, and courteous. The only negative was an unsatisfied customer ranting, raving, and using foul language in the customer waiting area about some recall, for which the parts were back ordered. Having said this, I want to note that several service and parts people went out of their way resolve his issue, and stop him from annoying other customers. To me he seemed like a person that would not have been satisfied regardless of how much they tried to placate him. More
