Thought it was going to be a big dollar problem (they could have sold it as one, what did I know about it). The Tech (who was also great to work with, sorry I didn't get his name), took a test ride with me and quickly diagnosed a simple fix covered by a warranty extension. Was supposed to be several hours wait, finished in a little over one. Completely satisfied with the experience and result. Thanks guys! More
