Brown & Daub response to me was they would love to get to the bottom of my complaint, and Brown and Daub wanted to come up with something to turn this around for me. I spoke to Steve Parr directly and the result was nothing was turned around for me. Steve Parr heard my complaint said he would re-examine how thing are being done in Brown and Daub's service department. Truth of the matter is I will never know if that happens or not.
