Walter was responsive and courteous when I recently brought my vehicle in for service. The vehicle was due for oil change and tire rotation service. Walter noticed that my inspection was due and sugg brought my vehicle in for service. The vehicle was due for oil change and tire rotation service. Walter noticed that my inspection was due and suggested that I add this to the work order. I agreed with his recommendation. The service for all work was done in approximately 90 minutes. I am completely satisfied by the work that was performed by Brown-Daub and won't hesitate to return for when future maintenance is required. More
Walter is great to work with but the policy’s of the dealership is not fair. When you bring your car in at 7am and you don’t get your car back until 4pm because you are not willing to sit there for a dealership is not fair. When you bring your car in at 7am and you don’t get your car back until 4pm because you are not willing to sit there for a couple of hours while they service your car is wild. So you’re penalized by the dealership and the people who bring their cars in after you they service their car before mine because they are willing to waste their time sitting there. And once again they didn’t reset my oil life More
I presume this is related to my recent service appointment. The service advisor Mr. Frits was helpful, efficient, and courteous. Totally satisfied with my experience, and as I'm a "morning person" appointment. The service advisor Mr. Frits was helpful, efficient, and courteous. Totally satisfied with my experience, and as I'm a "morning person" really appreciated the availability of a 7AM appointment. The only negative was an unsatisfied customer ranting, raving, and using foul language in the customer waiting area about some recall, for which the parts were back ordered. Having said this, I want to note that several service and parts people went out of their way resolve his issue, and stop him from annoying other customers. To me he seemed like a person that would not have been satisfied regardless of how much they tried to placate him. More
