We were lied to by the Service department saying we needed a new motor. Service department wrote a quote for $12K on my KIA Forte that is only worth 5K!!! This dealership has the most Horrendous Custo More

Providing a positive experience is our top priority, so we're disappointed to hear that your visit didn't measure up. I did check into your service history with us, it looks like it was here only this one time for recalls and to check a knocking noise. We did the recalls and checked the engine noise . We found it does need a motor , it is not covered by Kia's warranty because you are the third owner . We did not check on the value of your car , we did what you asked us to do.
