Outstanding customer service. He explained my problem to me and advised me to wait until I get home. This way I woukd not have to pay a diagnostic fee if parts did not come in. I live in Texas and was leaving in a few days and could not stay if they took the car apart and parts did not come in right away. I woukd have to pay a diagnostic fee because the job would not have been able to be finish I am so glad he told me as he could have just taken the car apart and made me pay. I have lots of respect for him as most dealership all they want is your money. I would go here for my maintenance and to buy my car here. As ethics is very rare in our country today.
