I have had my car for 2 yrs now and it’s brand new Kia soul never had a problem till recently. They have been saying they have done something and it hasn’t been done for example my coolant hose broke and soul never had a problem till recently. They have been saying they have done something and it hasn’t been done for example my coolant hose broke and they said they filled it up but when I came on a Saturday the car got a little hot and I looked at the resivore and it was bone dry so when I came back to tell them about it this women gave me quite and attitude about it and was a little rude. If your gonna mark something down and say you did it and didn’t do it own up to it instead of making excuses that the air was trapped it the coolant specially since the paper said they bled all the air out! More
