Another rep checked the car after I had the rear brakes checked and the slippage was due to the transmission needing a slight adjustment I did need the rear brakes changed anyway. my final bill was $215.and no charge for the trans. I didn't need front brakes as they are in good shape and I saved money that Chris would of cost me.Being on a fixed income $$$ saved is important. I did give the 90% tho, because they reconize that I am a disabled veteran and they have gone out of their way to please me,so with that thought in mind, I highly recommend Brown-Daub. More
I brought my Kia Rio September of last year. I had an accident with it shortly after getting it. I hit a curb and damaged a tire and the front end. When I called Kia roadside assistance they scheduled accident with it shortly after getting it. I hit a curb and damaged a tire and the front end. When I called Kia roadside assistance they scheduled my car to be towed to the dealership. It took about 15 minutes for the tow truck to show up. Once I got to the dealership the service department was friendly and helpful with getting my tire repaired. BIll, Chad and Craig have all been very helpful with repairs and questions I may have about my car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I love my new car. More
