So I am currently financing my car through this dealership. Unexpectedly and unfortunately I found out there were some problems with my car that I had no clue how I was going to pay for. I am a single mom and money is tight between my daughter and my bills. Well, to my surprise, they fixed the issues my car was having at no cost to me!!!! They understood that I have bills on top of bills and a car repair just wans't possible if I had to pay, so they fixed my car on them!! I couldnt believe it!!! I went from arriving upset and angry to relieved and happy!! They truely do take care of their customers!!! DJ, Mike, and the manager who made it possible for me {I apologize i forget his name, but he was awesome} are amazing people and definately 5 stars from me!!! More
Have had routine service done here always prompt and done well. Went in with concern about noise in front area of my vehicle and Jason the service tech found the problem after test drive and fixed it immedia well. Again Brown-daub Kia did a fantastic job from the time I was greeted when I pulled in til the moment I got my Optima back all shiny and clean .They had a service advisor there named J'la Zaro she was learni was greeted when I pulled in til the moment I got my Optima back all shiny and clean .They had a service advisor there named J'la Zaro she was learning and she did great they listened to my need asked a few questions and then did the service on my car while I had a Italian ice man that was great but in no time they were done and went over the service sheet and explained in detail what the customer 360 was all about.I gave them a great rating because service is a lost art anymore sometimes people like a better experience and I feel I got that so I want to say thanks to all . I purchased my 2009 Kia Rondo a few years back from the Butler Street location. I have been very happy with this vechicle ever since. I could have it serviced and maintained anywhere. The reason why I have it taken care of at the William Penn Highway location is because of the great staff that runs it. Bill Pilz is an outstanding Service Advisor. The Techs and Mechanics in the shop REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF. I plan on buying my next car from these guys. They have a proven track record as far as I'm concerned. More
