Took my vehicle to get inspected. They said I needed brakes, I figured ok. They said it should take an hour or so. It took over 8 EIGHT HOURS!!! I kept checking with the service manager and he would kee brakes, I figured ok. They said it should take an hour or so. It took over 8 EIGHT HOURS!!! I kept checking with the service manager and he would keep telling me "they just started it" But it still wasn't moved. When it finally was finished I was charged much more than quoted! I was fed up and drove home. As I was driving, a tool of some kind fell out and banged around on the road. When I got out to look, the outer ring part of my wheel was missing. I went back and the mechanic said "oh yeah I didn't put that back on cause it was rusty". There were 4 or 5 other customers there as mad as I was, they also were waiting most of the day for oil changes and inspections. It was the worst experienceat a car dealer ever! More
I have now bought THREE cars at Brown Daub Kia, which speaks VOLUMES alone! The last one was two weeks ago. This past week I came in during a crisis of sorts after getting into a minor accident during icy road conditions. Mike Lawrence and his crew took really great care of me, and when I was looking at a hefty bill to replace my wheel, Mike came up with an alternative solution which ended up saving me several hundreds of dollars. I spent a good three hours waiting for my car, but with the free wi-fi, coffee, snacks, and friendly people checking in on me from time to time, it was a rather pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and make sure you stop in to say hi to Mike. :-) More
I had been to several service centers in recent months trying to find out what was wrong with my car. No one could figure it out. I took it to Brown Daub Kia and within minutes Scott knew what the probl trying to find out what was wrong with my car. No one could figure it out. I took it to Brown Daub Kia and within minutes Scott knew what the problem was. He had all the work done and the car back to me the same day. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to have Scott work on it in the future. It is nice to find a mechanic and service center that I can trust. More
David Bechtel was very professional in every aspect. He always does top notch work on my car and I never have to bring it back in due to him not doing it right the first time. It was my first time at Brown Daub Kia and I wasn't sure where to go once I got inside the building. I asked the first employee I saw and her name was Caitlyn. I needed service and she walked me over a sure where to go once I got inside the building. I asked the first employee I saw and her name was Caitlyn. She and service were absolutely wonderful! Great first experience and I will definitely be back! More
I deal with Caitlyn almost every time I come into the dealership for service. She is always very nice and smiley and I feel very welcomed every time I speak with her when I pay my bill. I purchased my car here in 2010. Everyone here is terrific to work with. The service is fantastic. I worked with Craig and Bill and both are very courteous, and helpful, and they make your visit en terrific to work with. The service is fantastic. I just purchased all new tires, had the inspection and emissions, oil change, new rear brakes, and Craig was so helpful with helping me get the tires I needed. While you are there they keep you up to date on what is happening with your vehicle, and the time frame The new dealership location and facility is so nice. Since they have a section just for the kids, my kids now love coming along. (and of course they love the free popcorn) . I will never go anywhere else, for service or to purchase a vehicle. More
