Won’t Return Here I brought my car in for broken air conditioning and was told I needed a certain repair to fix it. I was told something else was broken, but the servic I brought my car in for broken air conditioning and was told I needed a certain repair to fix it. I was told something else was broken, but the service rep recommended not fixing it because of the expense. He also assured me it had nothing to do with my air conditioning problem. I did the recommended repairs and paid hundreds of dollars for those repairs. A day later, my air conditioning still didn’t work. I had to bring my car back again and was now told the second issue was what would actually fix my problem, and that the first issue (which I’d already paid for) was related to something else, not the issue I brought my car in for. Of course this new repair costs nearly $700. So I paid several hundred for a repair that changed nothing in my car and still have the same air conditioning problem I had before. I will not return here for service. More

My latest oil change Allways enjoy dealing with the service department at BD Kia. The service tech contacted me and told me about my tires needing replacement soon and a bulb that was out. I have already shopped around for tires and plan to have them replaced soon. They washed my vehicle and it was ready to go as soon as we returned from lunch. Always a pleasure doing business there. More
