Took our vehicle to Brown Daub Kia for inspection and oil change. It did need brakes but they were very professional wait time was minimal and the bill was reasonable!!! Their service manager stays in communication with customers while going to the shop to check on progress of their vehicle!!! They care about good customer service which is not easy to find in today’s world !!! I’ve been a customer for about 8 years at least. Never had a problem til now. I have contacted them twice never got anything back from them . Replaced my engine, car overheated a day later. Took it in, they never put the cover on the engine, replaced the fluid, and properly reattached the lines that supply coolant to the engine. A week later the car smelled like gas, and there was a faulty connection of the fuel line. Car would not start. Had to have it towed to dealership, they could not provide a loaner car. Now my current issue is every time I start my car after they replace the engine I get a knock. Took it I. To have them look at the car, again no loaner car for me to use. Supposedly the baffle is now bad. I was supposed to hear back about if this repair would be covered as the issue is caused by the faulty engine, it’s been 2 weeks. I have called the dealership 2 times and am told someone will get back to me. No one ever gets back to me. More
