I heard on the radio that everyone is approved. I should have known better then, my daughter is disabled and has a wheel chair and a gate trainer. They are big pieces of equipment that she had to use. We currently own a 2001 PT Cruiser with only 103,000 miles no money down and the person over the phone Sarah said it was fine. We told her we need a quad cab truck with relatively low miles and could only afford 450 for monthly payments. She said that would be reasonable and we would be offered top dollar for my trade. So we loaded up the kids got the paper work that she told us to bring and drove an hour and a half to Brown Daub KIA. When we got there it was everyone drives promotion, people ringing the gong, balloons, disco balls and free goodies for the kids. We even had an appointment. We checked in with receptionist whom seemed very overwhelmed, some old guy probably works there part time on weekends. He assigned us to a sales man who looked less than pleased and more liked he wanted to go home. My wife and I knew then this guy want going to deal with us. He asked us what we were looking for. We told him a quad cab truck because of our daughters medical equipment, he then took our information, then went to look at our trade. And then went to there little cubby on the middle of the sales floor then back out then reformed to us. All this time this sales man never made us feel comfortable. We had the last appointment of the day. When he returned he went over our score and them proceeded to tell us that we would need 2500 down for a 2011GMC and we told him we were only interested in a 2005. He then said they don't deal in those vehicles and we should of been sent to Aunt Bessies there other dealership that deals in our unique situation and yet would still be required to put money down. After we told him we were told we wouldn't need any money down regardless of what we peed on our trade. He said we should drive 2.3 miles down the road to aunt Bessies and he would e-mail them to let them know we were coming..... Yeah everyone drives alright but it will be your own car and it would be home biggest waste of time ever. And I strongly advise anyone looking for a car or upgrade vehicle to shop else where these guys will waste your time More

I was NEVER pressured... There were no games, Eddie was very blunt. He bent over backwards for me and went through all channels. It took a few hours, but I walked away with my old car PAYED OFF (no rollover)and I'm driving a car I love!! If I had to do it again, I would in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a car, GO SEE EDDIE, he'll take good care of you! More
This is the second car I purchased at this dealership. The first time was a pleasure. This time I hurried then to sit and wait for 5 hours and then have to come back the next day. When I first asked about the deal I was told come on lets see the car then side tracked with everything under the sun. The Bottom line. GREAT CARS. Shady Deals. Last time ever for me. More

I went in to the dealership to test drive a Sorento. I had been researching for a new vehicle and had test drove the other two possible vehicles already. Just to see which of the vehicles I really wanted had been researching for a new vehicle and had test drove the other two possible vehicles already. Just to see which of the vehicles I really wanted to pursue. I did not have my numbers ($) as to what I wanted to pay monthly figured out at this point. The sales person was determined to figure out what monthly payment I would like. So jokingly I gave a low amount but said I know that's not going to happen. He pretty much decided that I couldn't afford what I was looking for, recommended pre-owned to me as well as a Rio. I didn't even bother to test drive. I said I guess I'll go home and figure out my numbers. Which became a joke about going home and figuring out my check book and those zeros, at which I replied which check book. How dare he make judgement on me. I'm happy to report that I am a proud new owner of a 2012 Sorento which I test drove and purchased in Quakertown. More

First dealership I went to when my car broke down, not thinking I would buy anything with out looking around first. I walked in expecting the typical vulture salesman and was pleasantly surprised that our thinking I would buy anything with out looking around first. I walked in expecting the typical vulture salesman and was pleasantly surprised that our salesmen Chris was the opposite of that. I was not pushed into anything, he gave me and my fiance plenty of alone time to talk about what we wanted to do. We are a young couple and they were more than willing to work with us on the price and weren't trying to take advantage of us. Chris was overall a pleasure to work with and I would for sure recommend anyone to buy a car from him. All the staff was help full and helped make the whole experience a great one. And I love my new car. More
