I purchased my 2009 Kia Rondo a few years back from the Butler Street location. I have been very happy with this vechicle ever since. I could have it serviced and maintained anywhere. i had a 1989 ford f250 and was looking for a 2004 ford f150 truck that was in a lot better shape and trying to save a penny to get another one because on how the truck was. i was concerned about going to f150 truck that was in a lot better shape and trying to save a penny to get another one because on how the truck was. i was concerned about going to a dealer like brown daub kia because of my credit history. when having a co-signer it was quick painless and what a great experience. when arrived walked in and got the best friendliest service i couldnt imagine in a life time. after getting signed in they asked what kind of vehicle looking for and showed where the trucks were at and took it for a test drive to make sure that is the vehicle you truely want. after getting approved i nearly dropped on the floor with a heartattack. the dealership fights so hard to to get you approved and so i guess it is true on what the old saying is that you can actually get blood from a stone. nothing is impossible cause did you try slamming a revolving door? so the best thing i can tell you is get down to brown daub kia in easton on the william penn highway and have something in mind to knowing on what you want they they help you a lot!. My family and I needed a bigger vehicle since we are expecting our third child soon. So we decided to go back to Brown Daub Kia where we purchased our previous car and see what they could do for us. We had the pleasure of working with Don Martin who helped us so much with our first car. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get into the car we needed while working with the fact we are pretty financially strapped right now with only me working and providing with for the family. We ended up getting a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and my wife, kids, and I couldn't be happier. The staff and Brown Daub Kia work hard to get you into the car you need and make sure you can afford it down the road. I would like to thank Mr. Martin and the staff for a very good customer service and helping us again. Nothing but high marks! More
I came in to Kia Brown Daub looking to purchase a new vehicle, however, I had a long list of questions and problems to work around before I could purchase a vehicle. Needless to say, I was not the easie vehicle, however, I had a long list of questions and problems to work around before I could purchase a vehicle. Needless to say, I was not the easiest customer to handle walking in. I met with salesperson, Jake Roehrich, who took on my sale and told me he would do everything he could to help me. The process took a few hours, of which Jake made sure I was comfortable, never left alone and bored while paperwork was being processed and left me look at every vehicle with patience and concern for every question, despite how irrelivant the question may have seemed to the normal buyer. I was very apprehensive walking in, not knowing if I would be able to purchase a vehicle at all let alone if I could sustain a low enough interest rate, and monthly payment. I told Jake exactly what cost I was looking to achieve and he did everything I asked, again with patience and understanding to achieve my cost goals. The atmosphere of Brown Daub Kia is not that of most car dealerships, it is friendly and has a family-like feel to it as you meet the people helping you make a large purchase such as a vehicle, and to put into terms is actually a fun environment, you do not feel like you are anxious about to make a large purchase, I was put at ease and had a smile on my face through the whole process. As a sales person, Jake went above and beyond my cost goals and got me a vehicle to take home that I could not be happier with. When walking in with doubts as I did and leaving with a feeling of amazing customer service and a feeling that the sales associate, Jake, actually cared about me personally as a customer and took the time to talk about every concern I had before placing me in any car, I feel as though he is definitely deserved of at the very least a comment as this that he will hopefully see, and his boss/manager as well. He made the process I dreaded easy and fun and anyone looking to buy a car I would most definitely suggest buying from Brown Daub Kia. My next vehicle, I hope if I cannot have the same salesperson, I will at least have one with the same high energy, patience, and understanding as Mr. Roehrich, along with the same customer service skills and understanding as well. I brought my Kia Rio September of last year. I had an accident with it shortly after getting it. I hit a curb and damaged a tire and the front end. When I called Kia roadside assistance they scheduled accident with it shortly after getting it. I hit a curb and damaged a tire and the front end. When I called Kia roadside assistance they scheduled my car to be towed to the dealership. It took about 15 minutes for the tow truck to show up. Once I got to the dealership the service department was friendly and helpful with getting my tire repaired. BIll, Chad and Craig have all been very helpful with repairs and questions I may have about my car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I love my new car. More

HORRIBBLE!!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!! i did purchase a new car in July with alot of promises to be done afterward. WHAT A LIE!!!! it is immposible for the salesman to even call you back even purchase a new car in July with alot of promises to be done afterward. WHAT A LIE!!!! it is immposible for the salesman to even call you back even after leaving numerous messages and then when you finnally get a hold of him it is nothing but a STORY!!!! i was promised to add rack and rails on my new car and it has been 6 months and still no rack and rails and every time i called they said they would look into it and of course NEVER get back to me, then when you show your face in there they want to make it up to you because they feel so bad and want to put you in an upgraded car BUT THEN miracously they can't because they just so happened to sell the model the day before. STORY!!!! i was SOOOOOO DISGUSTED!!!!!. i spoke with the manager and she tried to find me an upgrade at my cost-- not even willing to pay for some of the upgrade after all my complaints.the only thing she can do is send me out to dinner and was willing to pay for the rack and rails but truth be told you can't do aftermarket racks and rails due to the airbags. i called numerous Kia dealers and all said the same thing.so i went to another Kia dealer and sold the car i just bought 6 months go and was HAPPY to deal with real people at another dealer who was very understanding and was willing to work with me. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TO BUY A CAR AT BROWN DAUB!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
