Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. I had car issues that mechanics at other dealerships couldn’t quite figure out but these guys did. I feel like i had no other choice but to be talked into getting this stupid Kia Sportage because the sales person knew i had no other choice. They were very pushy when i asked to come back because of course they didn’t want to loose their sale. so they tell you all the things you want to hear but fail to tell you how much they over charge you for the vehicle and how you will be almost 13 thousand dollars upside down on a loan that you can barely afford now. What an idiot i was for not doing my research before paying 30 thousand for a stupid car! Never again will i come here! Or recommend my worse enemy here! More

Overpriced and unclear First of all I came in for an oil change and for checking of the breaks arm before the brakes were locked out I asked roughly how much my bill was I w First of all I came in for an oil change and for checking of the breaks arm before the brakes were locked out I asked roughly how much my bill was I was quoted $190 which ended up being like over 300 and some dollars did a transmission cleaning or whatever did not inform me of it but did it and I was charge for it and had to pay when I originally bought it and I asked him to please clean it because the salt and everything well that day they were cleaning it he’s had it for four days got a back still filthy so thinking I’m going to pay like $400 bill and coming and having to pay over 600 was not happy.
