We had a great experience with the Brown-Daub Kia dealership from the start. Staff is friendly on the phone as well as in person. Don Olson was our sales rep and he took us out on a test drive, was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in and kept the conversations professional, but light and personable. He discussed with us all of our options, helped us with our trade-in and gave us a tour of the service department for future reference. We were offered refreshments while going over paperwork, but nothing ever felt drawn out. Don Olsen made buying our Kia a pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to contact him for future vehicle purchases. More

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by this dealership, not only by my salesman(Bill Bickerstaff), but also the sales manager(Christopher Sorrentino). Their professionalism, knowledge of their dealership, not only by my salesman(Bill Bickerstaff), but also the sales manager(Christopher Sorrentino). Their professionalism, knowledge of their inventory, and just friendly demeanor towards me making me feel like a part of the family instead of a customer was simply amazing. The entire time I was there, I felt no pressure to buy, but instead felt comfortable and able to ask any question I had and they went above and beyond to help me understand everything throughout the process. I brought 2 cars in for the Kia security recall. One car was upgraded washed and given a curtesy inspection while the other car just got the upgrade no wash or check. Just sayin'. Stephanie was my service advisor. She never communicated with me at all. My vehicle was in for 3 months for a new transmission. Took 8 weeks before parts were even ordered. I got there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I live in New Jersey I don't have to go to PA but I do because of the treatment I received prior.
