I have found that dealership has associates that are polite courteous. This is from the time I purchased my car five years ago. The service dept. is outstanding. Craig was very rude and lied to me. I was recently in for work on my fender and the work was half assed. Less than a week later the piece was falling off so I called and made a new appointment. Craig claimed work on my fender and the work was half assed. Less than a week later the piece was falling off so I called and made a new appointment. Craig claimed it was my fault and was showing “damage” on pieces of my car that was not even worked on. My car is still under warranty but Craig did not want to deal with it at all. I am very disappointed and will not be returning because of how rude Craig was. More
