This is the second time I've had my car into the Brown-Daun Kia service center within the past year, and both times I have had to come back due to a problem created during the service. The first tim Brown-Daun Kia service center within the past year, and both times I have had to come back due to a problem created during the service. The first time, it took 3 months to fix the problem. This time, it took an entire month. There was a communication breakdown where I never received any calls back from the service person, despite leaving messages with people at the service desk and on his direct line that he provided. One time I was told he was at lunch and another time I was told there was a family emergency. My case was never passed on to someone who was able to take care of it. I was just left to sit and wait. I eventually called and asked to speak to the service manager directly. He took over my case and, once I could drop the car off again, solved the issue within a few hours. I appreciated his willingness to jump in and figure it out, while also going above and beyond to make sure I wasn't stuck waiting at the service center for hours with two young kids who were stir crazy. It's just frustrating that it took so long to hear back when the issue could've been fixed within a few hours. More
Sales person was great. Financial person was ok. Chewing gum while interacting a little unprofessional, but that is minor. Wished the team would have worked harder to get a Financial person was ok. Felt should have gotten a slight discount as the car had 137 miles which technically doesn’t make it a new car but a slightly used car since it was driven from Harrisburg to Easton. The paperwork states it only has 25 miles. Other than this Bill was awesome More
Sorento is shop for an engine replacement. Service was great. Got car back and car runs great...only issue is a window switch on drivers door has been compromised while in the shop.
