Every time I walk into Brown Daub Kia, I get a firm handshake and a warm smile from Shawn Parr. We were lucky enough to work with Gabrielle Waldenmayer on this visit and boy, she did not disappoint. She knew answers to every question we had and helped us get the Kia Connect up and running. The whole process took less than 25 minutes from the time we arrived on the lot until we were leaving in our new Telluride. I recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a friendly, no pressure staff. More

Went in for oil change and fog lights. Told them my fog lights aren't working. I paid to get them replaced. Then find out my fog lights don't work. I call them about it ,they told me they Told them my fog lights aren't working. I paid to get them replaced. Then find out my fog lights don't work. I call them about it ,they told me they were working b4 I got it which was not true. She said her tech said it was working . They should of checked it before I drove off dealership or before it was given to me. Then somehow they broke off the rain stopper under my hood. When I told them about my fog lights she said well they were working her tech said. She says her tech guy who fixed my car has been working there for years so I must be lying she says. Like wow! More
