The team is fantastic. Negotiated with Shawn over text. Warren was great, really helped the in-person buying process go over smoothly. Answered every question of mine and continues to do so after buying the car. Chris was great with following up during the car buying process. Leslie cleared the way so I (a dad) could change my daughters diaper in the woman’s bathroom while Warren made sure no one walked in. The entire team is MILES better than the team I had encountered 2 years ago. The prior experience made me not want to give Brown Daub another chance, but those individuals completely changed my mind. Happy to continue to do business with this dealership. More
