I recently came into some bad times. My minivan needed much more work than the car was worth. So, I needed a new car...fast. Brown Daub Kia was a phenomenal place to buy a car. The entire experience was much easier than any other dealership I have been to in my 50+ years. The dealership was decorated like a winter wonderland. This dealership was full of surprises. As a recent divorcee I had many hurdles to overcome to rebuild my credit standing. I have always taken pride of my credit and was personally embarrassed when I had to file for bankruptcy. The thought of going to a car dealership without my once stellar credit score left me to feel as though I would not have the same bargaining power as once did. I felt as though I was at the mercy of a car dealer to get approved because I was in dire need of a new SUV. As a former Toyota owner I had decided not to purchase another. I had started doing research on Hyundai and came across the new Kia Sorento. Surprise number one was I could not believe the quality of the vehicle and it felt better than any other car that I have owned. Surprise number two was that I was approached by a knowledgeable and understanding salesman. I explained to Kim about my situation, and every time he replied “no problem”. I basically told him I had the worst credit ever and he still treated me like I was a millionaire. Other dealers asked me to give me a credit check right away if I even mentioned my bankruptcy. Kim waited until he made sure I liked the car. When we came inside he confirmed my fears, this wasn’t going to be as easy as before. However, he said “this is what we do, we help people”. It made me feel better. He gave me a list of a few documents I would need and after reviewing the price and payments I left for a few hours and I returned with everything he asked for. Within about an hour after I returned I left with my new car. The showroom was full of people, the staff was happy. Everyone said hello and made sure I was taken care of. I have to be completely honest, I heard the radio ads about the best buying experience and I was a doubter. I went with my defenses up and was looking to be disappointed. I left with the most memorable car buying experience ever. Surprise number three, the following day a manager called me to make sure my purchase experience was what I expected. I replied with a big NO, I told him it was Better! He said he was happy that I felt that way and he asked if I would refer my friends and family and I said yes. My family doesn’t live in the area, however I will tell my friends and coworkers that “Everybody Drives !” More
Great dealership i was looking for a van for my family as it was getting bigger and bigger I went looking at all the dealerships and I cam across brown Daub Kia. I was amazed at how outgoing the salesman as it was getting bigger and bigger I went looking at all the dealerships and I cam across brown Daub Kia. I was amazed at how outgoing the salesman were. They were not pushy they actually told me to take the van home and drive for a while before we even decided to work the numbers. I enjoyed the experience so much that i have convinvced my employer to switch from Town and Country's to the Sedona's. The positive experience has just been amazing at this dealership. Then to top it all off my company has just had a fund raiser for individuals with special needs and the dealership made a large donation to the organization as well as donated shirts and brought up a car to the event. More
