I went in to the dealership to test drive a Sorento. I had been researching for a new vehicle and had test drove the other two possible vehicles already. Just to see which of the vehicles I really wanted had been researching for a new vehicle and had test drove the other two possible vehicles already. Just to see which of the vehicles I really wanted to pursue. I did not have my numbers ($) as to what I wanted to pay monthly figured out at this point. The sales person was determined to figure out what monthly payment I would like. So jokingly I gave a low amount but said I know that's not going to happen. He pretty much decided that I couldn't afford what I was looking for, recommended pre-owned to me as well as a Rio. I didn't even bother to test drive. I said I guess I'll go home and figure out my numbers. Which became a joke about going home and figuring out my check book and those zeros, at which I replied which check book. How dare he make judgement on me. I'm happy to report that I am a proud new owner of a 2012 Sorento which I test drove and purchased in Quakertown. More

First dealership I went to when my car broke down, not thinking I would buy anything with out looking around first. I walked in expecting the typical vulture salesman and was pleasantly surprised that our thinking I would buy anything with out looking around first. I walked in expecting the typical vulture salesman and was pleasantly surprised that our salesmen Chris was the opposite of that. I was not pushed into anything, he gave me and my fiance plenty of alone time to talk about what we wanted to do. We are a young couple and they were more than willing to work with us on the price and weren't trying to take advantage of us. Chris was overall a pleasure to work with and I would for sure recommend anyone to buy a car from him. All the staff was help full and helped make the whole experience a great one. And I love my new car. More
First when we made our phone call the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful on getting me directions and setting up an appointment for me. When we arrived there we were immediately greeted and setup very pleasant and helpful on getting me directions and setting up an appointment for me. When we arrived there we were immediately greeted and setup with eddie because we had made an appointment. My fiance and I have never been out to buy a new car and i had already been having some issues with a previous relationship and being tied to the current car i was is. So eddie walked us around giving us straight shot prices and not trying to just gouge money that we did not have or could not afford. Thinking it was going to be a quick in and out process little did we know we would be spending the next 5 hours with eddie waiting on a phone call to see if my car was even able to be traded in. He went above and beyond trying to make sure i was going to be leaving happy with my purchase and making my experience the best he possibly could. I honestly do not think that anyone else would have ever went to the extents he did to try and settle an issue i had without ever knowing me. And hats off to the finance manager who also did his best for us and also was involved in trying to make things work out. More

Our sales person, Eddie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and their features. We received a fair price for our trade-in and had many colors and options to choose from. All of the staff, from the greeter to people just passing us in the office were outgoing and very friendly. We were offered water, soda, coffee, cookies, donuts, etc. by several employees. We were also impressed with the manner in which maintenance and repairs are handled. All in all, the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

I bought a low miles 2008 car from this dealership - one owner before me and great condition. A week after buying it, I was driving home from home when this horrible screeching noise started coming from the owner before me and great condition. A week after buying it, I was driving home from home when this horrible screeching noise started coming from the back wheel. Had AAA come and tow me to the dealership to get it fixed. The tow truck driver told me that Tom Ring's Brown Daub Kia is known for selling bad cars, he told me all the stories of the cars he towed back to this dealership. Anyways, the following day I call first thing in the morning to see how the car is looking. They said they have it all under control and it will be done in a few hours. About 6 hours later I call and the receptionist transfers me to service where there is no answer. I call again about an hour later, still no answer. Within the afternoon, I called FOUR times and never got an answer or a call regarding my car. So around 6:30 that night I call again and still no answer in the service dept. so I ask the receptionist if she can find someone to tell me if my car is done or not. She puts me on hold and a minute later, she returns and says that nobody is available to tell me if my car is fixed because they were all on the sales floor. I ask her very politely if she could please find someone to tell me because I didn't want to drive 45 mins down there and my car wouldn't be fixed. She told me that it would require her to get out of her chair to look for someone and she didn't want to do that. I couldn't believe it, isn't that part of her job? So she found someone, very rudely told me it was done and than hung up the phone. About 2 weeks later, the breaks started squealing and the oil change light came on. I was told that my brakes needed to be replaced because they were worn down. When I bought the car from BDK, they told me that the day before I bought it - the brakes were replaced and the oil was changed. Obviously they didn't do that if the brakes were already worn down after 4 weeks of owning the car and the oil light came on at 1500 miles...I liked the friendliness of the dealership when first coming in but after I bought a car from them, they didn't seem to care anymore. Maybe all dealerships are like that, I don't know, but I know I won't be telling anyone to go here to purchase a car. I'm definitely not coming back here to buy a car in the future. More
