Walked into Brown Daub Kia, was unsure as to what i was going to do since my previous car had basically kicked the bucket, I had little next to no creditso i was a bit scared as to what my options would be going to do since my previous car had basically kicked the bucket, I had little next to no creditso i was a bit scared as to what my options would be. Was greeted before i even got to the entrance by a gentle man named Travis Ketchen. he talked and listened to my previous car and experience at other dealerships, he never made any promises he couldnt keep and was realistic and eager to do everything in his power to make sure that i left a happy customer. I told Mr Ketchen what i was looking for and also gave him a price range i wanted to stay within. We test drove a few cars until i found the car i later ended up purchasing. When it was all said and done i got the car i wanted at the price i wanted and beyond that i got the greatest customer service experience that i can remember. I walked in unsure about my options, had no intentions to buy a car at that time, but due to the Quality and care of Mr. Ketchen i walked out with a great car at a phenominal price. I would recommend the dealership to anyone i come across who may be in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
Was able to trade in my vehicle and with no money down get in to a 2010 Ford Fusion. The sales and finance teams worked with me to work some numbers and get the right price and financing for me. i wanted to buy a truck called in and asked if they had the truck in stock said yes, but i told them i am driving very far to come to see the dealership you do have the truck on the lot, the sales manager the truck in stock said yes, but i told them i am driving very far to come to see the dealership you do have the truck on the lot, the sales manager said yes and decited to come to the showroom. after driving for about a 1 hour i came to the dealer and then they said the dont have the truck in stock they just wanted me to come down to fill paper out so i left in about 5 mins., but thats what u can expect from a brown duab dealer. so far ever brown duab dealer i went to ended badly buyer bewear dont shop brown duab plus i think with all the money there giving out they are marking up cars and truck. remeber at the end of the day there still a compony to make money More

I heard on the radio that everyone is approved. I should have known better then, my daughter is disabled and has a wheel chair and a gate trainer. They are big pieces of equipment that she had to use. We currently own a 2001 PT Cruiser with only 103,000 miles no money down and the person over the phone Sarah said it was fine. We told her we need a quad cab truck with relatively low miles and could only afford 450 for monthly payments. She said that would be reasonable and we would be offered top dollar for my trade. So we loaded up the kids got the paper work that she told us to bring and drove an hour and a half to Brown Daub KIA. When we got there it was everyone drives promotion, people ringing the gong, balloons, disco balls and free goodies for the kids. We even had an appointment. We checked in with receptionist whom seemed very overwhelmed, some old guy probably works there part time on weekends. He assigned us to a sales man who looked less than pleased and more liked he wanted to go home. My wife and I knew then this guy want going to deal with us. He asked us what we were looking for. We told him a quad cab truck because of our daughters medical equipment, he then took our information, then went to look at our trade. And then went to there little cubby on the middle of the sales floor then back out then reformed to us. All this time this sales man never made us feel comfortable. We had the last appointment of the day. When he returned he went over our score and them proceeded to tell us that we would need 2500 down for a 2011GMC and we told him we were only interested in a 2005. He then said they don't deal in those vehicles and we should of been sent to Aunt Bessies there other dealership that deals in our unique situation and yet would still be required to put money down. After we told him we were told we wouldn't need any money down regardless of what we peed on our trade. He said we should drive 2.3 miles down the road to aunt Bessies and he would e-mail them to let them know we were coming..... Yeah everyone drives alright but it will be your own car and it would be home biggest waste of time ever. And I strongly advise anyone looking for a car or upgrade vehicle to shop else where these guys will waste your time More
