I came into your dealership because of some positive reviews i read and I POSITIVE they were written by your employees because they could not be MORE incorrect. Let me start off by saying the only brigh reviews i read and I POSITIVE they were written by your employees because they could not be MORE incorrect. Let me start off by saying the only bright spot is your service advisor Troy Haydt! (He did what was necessary to fix what was wrong). Now to the bad..... I came in with a specific set of criteria and after some very sloppy sales presentations I was presented with an offer and terms that met NONE I REPEAT NONE of my criteria so I declined, after an hr of managers meeting, discussing, and such (BTW, I saw them laughing and cavorting between themselves when i was told they were on the phone working with my bank. I was approached by a floor manager (Andrew, I believe) and told that it looked good and they were just finishing the process... After he left, i waited another few miinutes before they brought the "OK" and the paperwork to me, I signed the paperwork (I had to read the terms because the salesman DIDNT know them). I was then approached by their "site manager" who tried to bully me into buying extended this and that and when I said no he told me that he considered me a "D CUSTOMER" because I didn't take my familys safety (i was not very happy by now) into account... After 3 HOURS of being there I got to leave with my new 2013 KIA Soul... I immediately took it to a good friend of mine (an ASE certified mechanic) to look it over for me... He noticed a small "crease" near the rear tire well so I called the dealership immediately, THEY WERE CLOSED! In any case, I called promptly at 8am the next morning and reported the issue, I was told by the salesman to bring it down and they would note it and have it fixed. I showed up there a few hrs later and a manager came out (different guy) who assured me the issue would be fixed at no cost to me but told JD to come out and physically note it... He came out and told me in no uncertain terms that this was not there and being I drove the car off the lot it was my responsibility... I told him that I was assured by his manager this would be fixed so he backed down. I went home and waited a week til they called me to schedule my 1st (and only complimentary) oil change. I asked them about the "crease issue" and they told me they needed to look into it as nothing was noted in my file. I was called back a WEEK LATER by a service advisor asking me to bring it in so they could LOOK AT IT.... I did, and they told me they would set something up, it wasnt until another week and a half passed when they called me and asked when i could drop it off. I asked them how long it would take and they told me 2-3 DAYS....!!!!!!! I said i would need a rental or something and I didnt think I should have to pay for it, the service advisor told me "they dont usually do that" and she would have to look into it for me..... I got a reminder call in about 10 more days about my scheduled oil change so I flipped a lid, having not heard back and called and and left them a very heated message, within 5 minutes I got a phonecall from Troy (above mentioned) saying he would handle the arrangements personally and I had the cars oil change and crease fixed in 7 days!!!! I live 35 miles from that dealership but have a KIA dealership less than 1 mile from my work so I asked Troy if I could take it there for oil changes and any warranty issues, he said he would hate for me not to come down there but he understood the commute and yes it would be no issue at all for them so for my 2nd oil change I dropped it off over at Lehighton Chrylser KIA (after discussing arrangements with their service manager Scott) and was surprised when they called me to question a dashboard light????.... Seems a light was on (it had been on that day since the day I bought it) and I told Scott that I was told the light was supposed to be on as it was a seatbelt airbag active indicator light... EXACTLY what my salesman JD had told me. Scott told me that that was incorrect and the wires had been CUT. I asked him why Brown Daub hadnt mentioned that to me and he seemed puzzled so I called them to check. I talked to Troy and he said nothing was noted in my file but per my explanation it was definitely WRONG. He told me to have it fixed and if there was any charges to let him know immediately. Scott told me he would take care of it and is bringing my car to me at work as I am typing this.... In closing ... STAY AWAY FROM BROWN DAUB KIA!!!!!!.... Nothing but headaches! They are not knowledgeable! They are not courteous! They are not ANYTHING TOM RING says they are. I will NOT hesitate to put my name on here so they (Brown Daub KIA) will know that this is a "REAL" review by an actual customer! All they have to do is see car purchases and match the date the car was sold (Friday May 31st) and the salesman (JD) and the car 2013 KIA Soul. Bill To BDK... feel free to contact me if you dispute this as I know these reviews are read More

Looking for a pre-owned vehicle for a decent price in New Jersey was a nightmare. A friend told me about Brown-Daub Kia in Easton, PA. I called, and spoke with a young lady named Monica. She was very polit Jersey was a nightmare. A friend told me about Brown-Daub Kia in Easton, PA. I called, and spoke with a young lady named Monica. She was very polite, and set up an appointment with me with a salesman named Jacob. The day before my appointment, Monica called me to check if I was going to still make the appointment. I was concerned about the 90 minute drive from NJ, but she assured me that the ride is not bad. She informed me that she is originally from NJ, and drive back and fourth quite often. She even told me the times of day that are best to travel, to avoid rush hour traffic. So I decided to go. Immediately after my arrival at Brown-Daub, I was greeted by a young woman at the front desk. Gave her my name, and told her I was here to see Jacob. She notified him that his appointment had arrived, and instantly asked my son and I if we wanted a snack and something to drink. None of the other 10 dealerships I have been to offered me anything! Not even water! Once Jacob arrived, we greeted each other, and immediately he informed me that he was here to help me, and get me driving again! I gave him a criteria for a dependable vehicle, at least a 2007, and low mileage. He said ok, he'll be right back. As soon as he left, the young lady at the front desk came over again, and said "If you guys need anything, please let me know." I was completely amazed. Even the other salesman that were just walking pass, smiled and said hello. Once Jacob returned, he said ok I have a list of vehicles that meets your critieria, lets take a look at them. By this time, it began to rain. Jacob pulled out this HUGE umbrella and held it over us as we checked out the cars!!! Bottom line, he found a vehicle that completely met what I wanted, and the price I paid was even better. I didnt get that feeling that i would get at other dealerships I went to. The feeling that I was being robbed, and tricked into something I couldnt afford. He really showed that he cared, and that he genuinely wanted to find a car that was meant for ME! I picked up my 2007 Kia Sportage 2 days ago, and I am very happy with it!!!! Thank you Brown-Daub Kia!!!!! Your customer service rep Monica & salesman Jacob truly ROCKED!!!!! Ive already recommended this dealership to my family, friends & coworkers. More

Bob was amazing. We went there on a VERY HOT Wednesday. Our Dodge Durango was going to break down soon and we heard one of their advertisements on the radio about a trade in. We knew we had bad credit but Our Dodge Durango was going to break down soon and we heard one of their advertisements on the radio about a trade in. We knew we had bad credit but "EVERYBODY DRIVES" at this dealership. Bob asked us what we were mainly looking for in a car (because we really didn't know what we wanted since we didn't expect our car to go so quickly). Our main thing was Gas and smaller. He showed us a few cars and handled the loan process very well. I think the heat really got to us. so we said we needed to go home and think. He was very nice about that and didn't try and push us into anything. We took a day to think about it and I called Bob back and set up an appointment to come in on Saturday. We pulled in Saturday morning and Bob was at the door waiting for us with a smile. He offered us a drink and snacks. We showed us some more cars, answered our questions and shook our hand to say "Congratulations you now own a 2012 Mazda 6i Sport"!!!! He worked with our payments and our trade in and made us feel so comfortable with the sale. Thank you so much Bob. Frank and I really appreciate it!!! More
Horrible experience. After finding out that they were Horrible experience. After finding out that they were selling my car for $6,000 over retail they got all rude then tried to justify it by saying they Horrible experience. Jake Roehrich gave me a great deal on a 2011 Ford Tarus. I have HORRIBLE credit and felt as if I would not be able to drive a nicer newer vehicle, until I went to Brown Daub Kia in Easton. I met with a salesman named Jake Roehrich and he was very understanding to to drive a nicer newer vehicle, until I went to Brown Daub Kia in Easton. I met with a salesman named Jake Roehrich and he was very understanding to my situation. He was very honest, straight forward and down to earth. When he came back to tell me I was approved I thought that either my payments would be outrageous or I wouldn't like the vehicle. To my surprise he listened when I told him my monthly budget and what I was interested in driving. I now have a 2011 Nissan Sentra that is $30.00 below my monthly budget. I was proud to say I bought a car from Brown Daub Kia! More
