Gene and everyone at Brown Daub Kia made my purchasing experience as great as it could be. I know I was not the easiest customer to deal with, but Gene and Andrew did everything they could to get me in a experience as great as it could be. Julie the receptionist was incredibly kind and attentive to my needs while the process took place. From the minute I walked into the dealership, until I left in my new Honda Civic, I felt comfortable and happy with everyone's customer service. Even the salesmen that were not helping me with my purchase, were very friendly and attentive to my needs as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
