This weekend I went into dealership with only an hour and a half to spare. I told Bo I needed to be in Delaware and I questioned that I would be able to purchase a care and drive to Delaware in three and a h a half to spare. I told Bo I needed to be in Delaware and I questioned that I would be able to purchase a care and drive to Delaware in three and a half hours. Man was I wrong... Bo guaranteed me that I would be able to purchase a car and be out of there in 45 minutes. He most definitely kept his promise and I was able to take my daughter to the football game in Delaware. Totally blown away by my service experiance at brown daub kia service dept. I came in for a routine oil change and was pleasantly greeted by JLa who was more than willing to help me in every way. I was kinda kia service dept. I came in for a routine oil change and was pleasantly greeted by JLa who was more than willing to help me in every way. I was kinda surprised that the mechanic was recommanding me tires and alignment when all i was there for was an oil change. so i asked to speak with the mechanic working on my car and Jason came out and had explained to me that they do a road test and a mutipoint inspection on every car they work on and he noticed that my tires were very loud while driving and while the car was on the lift he noticed they were wearing very uneven and were cupping causing the noise he even brought me out into the shop to show me. I had not even metioned that I was hearing that noise but was pleasantly surprised that they had taken the time to completly go over my car and find that noise. they didnt try to pressure me on buying tires and told me that I could wait until my next oil change to replace them. I will defintaly be coming back to brown daub kia for my tires and alignment because of the way i was treated they took the time to make sure that i was completly satisfied. Thanks again Jason and JLa you guys were great. See you soon for my tires!! More

I purchased a 2002 KIA Optima 4 door Sedan EX AT (Dealer Demo) in the later part of 2002. It has been a wonderful automobile. I began to have problems with it in September of 2012. After evaluating the issues (and having the service department manager (Joe Pinho) look at the car for his suggestion. I decided to look at a KIA Forte's on the lot. I went in to get Bo Piazza help me find a used replacement vehicle. We found two Forte cars to look at. The first one we looked at turned out to have a damaged frame that was spotted by Joe Pinho who said Brown Daub KIA not sell that car because of the damaged frame. Bo Piazza and I went back out to out to the lot to find another possible KIA Forte used car. We found a white 2012 KIA Forte in my price range. Bo Piazza spent the day with me we waited for the service department to check out the white 2012 KIA Forte. After checking out the white 2012 KIA Forte ex, Joe Pinho gave his approval for the sale of the white KIA Forte. We had to do a new set of paper work. Bo Piazza stayed with me the entire day (8 hours). How do you describe what an awesome group of people the BROWN DAUB KIA at 3600 William Penn Highway in Easton PA has in place. Let me put the cap on the sale of the KIA Forte to me. Driving out of the dealership an indicator in the dash showed that there was an issue with the tire pressure. I stopped on the way home and got air for the tires. Then I noticed that every four days or so the tire air pressure indicator would show up and I would have to get air for the tires. On November 25, 2013 I called Bil Pilz about the issue with the leaking of air from the tires. Bill said to bring the car in on November 26 at 9:00 am so they could check out the tire problem. The service group not only found the problem, they purchased 4 new tires and installed them and completed wheel alignments and cleaned out two air filters in the Forte. What really took the icing on cake, these people gave me the bill for the servicing of my 2012 KIA Forte .... that bill had ZER0 COST ON IT. I even questioned these people about the bill for the service. In all the 43 years I have owned vehicles I never got a billing for zero dollars. All I have is PRAISE for each and every employee that I have dealt with at the BROWN DAUB KIA dealership. I THANK ALL OF YOU employees for all that you do and especially for the courtesy. YOU HAVE BUILT AN EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATION. f More
