I have had my vehicle to other dealers for the same concern and was always told that the problem could not be verified. So for months I was dealing with a randomly heard noise every time I went over ro concern and was always told that the problem could not be verified. So for months I was dealing with a randomly heard noise every time I went over rough roads within a very reasonable time and after a short road test with the technician my vehicle was repaired under warranty and I was on my way. Overall my experience was more than pleasant and I will recommend this dealer to any of my friends or relatives and they conveniently repair more than kias. So I am currently financing my car through this dealership. Unexpectedly and unfortunately I found out there were some problems with my car that I had no clue how I was going to pay for. They understood that I have bills on top of bills and a car repair just wans't possible if I had to pay, so they fixed my car on them!! I couldnt believe it!!! I went from arriving upset and angry to relieved and happy!! They truely do take care of their customers!!!
