He went out and looked with me with a flashlight. He pulled up the seats, left no little piece of paper (or dog fur) unturned and I cannot believe he found it! It means so much to me and to my son to have this again - we have matching medals and is of special significance to us. Brian went above and beyond - he's a real asset to Brown Daub Kia. While you are there they keep you up to date on what is happening with your vehicle, and the time frame The new dealership location and facility is so nice. Since they have a section just for the kids, my kids now love coming along. (and of course they love the free popcorn) . I will never go anywhere else, for service or to purchase a vehicle. More
