When it came to trading in my other vehicle I explained that the my son had lost a special religious medal in the back of the truck and I wanted to make a "last ditch" effort to look for it. He went out and looked with me with a flashlight. He pulled up the seats, left no little piece of paper (or dog fur) unturned and I cannot believe he found it! It means so much to me and to my son to have this again - we have matching medals and is of special significance to us. Brian went above and beyond - he's a real asset to Brown Daub Kia. I would send anyone - friend, family, or random acquaintance to see him! If he hadn't been so kind and considerate I might have been too insecure to even discuss my credit issues.
