Let me see, should I start with I was happy I had gotten approved under my terms 500 down, a xxxx trade in, & 300 a month... Oh no wait, it was a nissan sentra that I felt pushed into test driving (because approved under my terms 500 down, a xxxx trade in, & 300 a month... Oh no wait, it was a nissan sentra that I felt pushed into test driving (because it was apperantly the ONLY car that would be in my price range?) I test drove it & did like the smooth ride, however knew in my heart after a traumatic accident back in 09 I wanted to feel a bit more safe? I've had SUVs since I was 16.. I was told that given my circumstance's & that "suv's hold their value" it wouldn't happen I settled agreed for the sentra... Only to find out the insurance payments for that 2012 sentra are crazy.. I would not have been able to afford that with the car payment.. So I called JD & told him that he gave me two numbers to attempt with insurance, still couldn't do it.. Then I was called by a Tara or Sara? When I explained what was going on, she confirmed with JD it was fine to come back down & I could "pick" a different car.. This time I went in loaded- I had my list of suv's I liked off of their lot, I had the insurance quotes for all of them, I had the total prices they were going for at other dealerships Jd let out a light laugh & said I made it easier.. Then Jason the xxxxxxx finance manager with no ears came out & explained all about the lenders... How he had to fight to get me approved... But kept mentioning this sentra that I could not afford with insurance so I said no I can't afford the insurance as well as the original max monthly payments I had said turned into 80 dollars more?! Stress free car buying? Can someone tell me than why I had to walk away in tears & compose myself before going back only hearing Jason talking about how the sentra has airbags that come down on the side windows?! Because it has a low safety rating that's why the insurance is high.. As Jason's so kindly drawing pictures of these airbags... I clearly stated it didn't matter I couldn't afford the insurance anyway... There was no looking at a different car, there was no 300 dollar max monthly payment it was 380... I was brought back to the dealership under false pretense I wasted my time, my energy, & clearly my breath to someone who clearly did not care to listen to my problem.. I HOPE someone calls me about the customer service I received the only thing I would recommend at brown daub Kia is the chocolate chip cookies!? Nothing else I'm extremely unhappy & I will be putting my review all over! It's a JOKE! Oh yeah I happen to know someone who doesn't have the greatest of credit who went to you guys as well, guess what she's driving!! a sentra (ironic?) I was never even allowed over to the SUVs from the get go... The reason they don't put the prices on the website nor tell you the total price.... Is because you can find a car for cheaper maybe a year older & a few more miles on it... For a "low" price versus the price that brown daub charges you ie (MSRP!!!) & Jason is a bigger joke as a "finance manager" drawing pictures of air bags on a folder writeing all over it... (Do you people not have paper!?) by the way Jason I'm an office manager & happen to LISTEN to my patients concerns & money issues you however clearly need your ears cleaned! More
David Bechtel was very professional in every aspect. He always does top notch work on my car and I never have to bring it back in due to him not doing it right the first time. I would and have recommended this dealership and service department to many of my friends and colleagues. It was my first time at Brown Daub Kia and I wasn't sure where to go once I got inside the building. I asked the first employee I saw and her name was Caitlyn. I needed service and she walked me over a sure where to go once I got inside the building. I asked the first employee I saw and her name was Caitlyn. I needed service and she walked me over and told me any of the service advisors could help me. Once my car was done being worked on, I had to go over to her office to pay for the work done. She and service were absolutely wonderful! Great first experience and I will definitely be back! More
My car broke down and I had it towed to brown daub kia. I worked with Sarah she was great and we shared a lot of laughs making me feel comfortable and at ease.
