My wife and I were in desperate need of a vehicle and decided to try this dealership because we hear radio adds that say they can help those with sub-prime credit, which happened to be our situation. From the time we walked in for our first appointment to leaving with our new van after our second appointment, everyone from the receptionist to the sales and finance departments were very helpful and made us feel as if we were supposed to be there. We never felt pressured in the least. Gene Caruso was our sales associate who with the help of Andrew from the finance department truly worked some magic to get us into our new vehicle.
