Loved my experience BDK treated me so well I sent my daughter and fiancée there to also purchase cars. The dealership was crowded but Brittany, Josh, Brandon and Mike mad BDK treated me so well I sent my daughter and fiancée there to also purchase cars. Run don't walk! First off,my daughter made the mistake of filling out the online info in order to see car prices on their website. She had an appt to get an oil chang First off,my daughter made the mistake of filling out the online info in order to see car prices on their website. She had an appt to get an oil change and made arrangements to visit with a Specific sales rep that had called her because she provided her phone number on their website (again just to get car prices). She continued to get multiple phone calls from sales reps daily,borderline harassment until she said stop or I won't come in at all. The calling lasted a couple days. They finally stopped. We had intended on just looking since we were pretty sure she wouldn't qualify for the car she wanted. She told them she wanted them to appraise her car. Never got what they appraised it for. Got switched to another sales rep. We were interested in 2 used cars. There were no stickers on them describing them,just mileage and year. Came back inside and sales rep wanted us to fill out a form so they could do a credit check. We told her no credit check and we showed her my daughters credit report on her phone so they could see her score. At no time did we say we wanted the car and also said we weren't sure. So sales rep gets her boss over to talk to us. He said and I quote,this credit check is a "soft pull",it will not show up on your credit report" so we said ok. So they both disappear and sales rep comes back with a monthly loan cost so high we said forget it and left. Also,there was no explanation on the breakdown of how they arrived at that number. Trust me, for a 2013 Sorento with mileage it must have been way over priced or they were weren't giving her the true trade in value of her car. As if this experience wasn't bad enough we get home and my daughter checked her credit report again, and their so called "soft pull" was actually a hard inquiry which lowered her credit score 20 pts. I called them to complain and spoke to the man that told me the "soft pull" BS and he tried to deny what he said and insisted that it shouldn't have affected her credit score. So either he's an excellent liar or doesn't know his job. But it's too late, damage is done. We're pursuing Trans Union to see if there's anything we can do but guessing there isn't. The boss was supposed to have the sales rep call us back and give us the breakdown,etc., but no phone calls. Will never go there again and now we're contemplating finding somewhere else for service. More

Con artists My wife got a 2012 chevy traverse and they messed up the paper not once but twice.. They over charge her hoping that she didnt notice. They "fixed" the problem by lowering to the price that was agreed on but them charge her for the free warranty.. Now we sat down with an accountant there are still more issues with the numbers. They over charge us for taxes.. We will be contacting a lawyer and the IRS if they dont fix this problem tomorrow the 25 of aug.. Oh and they told her that the glove box that was missing already been ordered but we called today and there r no records of it... xxxxty dealership.. I was going to buy a car from them but ended up going to Sands auto group in Quakertown for my brand new right out of the show room 300s.. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE More

flayed and filleted! Bought a 2014 Ford Escape from dealer two months ago and paid at least $15,000 more than I should have for a used car with almost 60,000 on it. I con Bought a 2014 Ford Escape from dealer two months ago and paid at least $15,000 more than I should have for a used car with almost 60,000 on it. I contacted dealer about this and pointed out how the same car appraised so much lower. Their answer to me was to offer me one year of free oil changes. Went to a Honda dealer up the road and they confirmed what I already knew...I had been ripped off...not only ripped off but flayed and filleted! They told me that BDK was well known in the industry for scamming customers like me and that they knew the sales person that worked with us, because he had been FIRED by them for "not being a good fit." Thank goodness, the Honda dealer was able to help us out of this upside down loan and get us into something better with less miles. I will be looking into filing a claim with BBB against these crooks...as well as making sure every social media outlet I can find will also show this post. More

I go in for oil changes, and they remember my name when I come in. My hairdresser doesn't even remember my name and I see her more! I will always recommend this dealership and I will continue to go there for my current vehicle and any cars I purchase! More
