Nailed it. My Kia Sedona picked up a nail in the left rear tire somewhere. I figured I'd to wait till the next oil change which was due in 500 miles to get it fixed. After two trips to Sheetz for air, I changed my mind. I called Brown Daub Kia and spoke with Craig in Service. It was late on Friday afternoon. He set me up for an appointment for the next morning. The tire was fixed promptly but the technician pointed out the reduced tread on several of the other tires (35000 miles). Craig explained that the dealership had a buy 3, get one free special.until June 30th. I went online with my cell phone to check tires stores. Nobody came close to the low quote Craig gave me. The new tires will be put on June 28th. More
Appt for oil change I arrived for my appointment and was immediately greeted as I exited my car. Once inside I was pleasantly greeted by the person at the first workstati I arrived for my appointment and was immediately greeted as I exited my car. Once inside I was pleasantly greeted by the person at the first workstation, who prepared the paperwork for my signature and collected my keys. He also escorted me to the customer lounge to wait for my vehicle. Approximately 30 minutes later he informed me that my car was ready and after giving me my receipt, he escorted me to my car, all the time carrying on a friendly conversation. My car had been washed, which is always a welcome bonus. Altogether, everything was completed in a pleasantly efficient manner and I give a five star rating to this experience. I left a happy customer. More

Service is why I go there The reality is I had a strenuous experience in the sales department... deception, coerced, lied to, way over charged and I was counting the days to ge The reality is I had a strenuous experience in the sales department... deception, coerced, lied to, way over charged and I was counting the days to get out of my contract with Brown Daub Kia but then I started to go to the service department and there I met Craig Garrison, a young man who knows the true meaning a fantastic, genuine customer service... Craig always greets me as though I matter and never over sells me but yet does in fact advise me when things are probably recommended. Personalizes my experience by addressing me as though he knows me personally and would not take advantage of me ... no way no how! I had a thousand and one questions since the people that sold me the car did NOT .... explain anything about the car and Craig took the time to do so including actually sitting in my car going over and over my phone connection to the car without the slightest bit of frustration or dismay... in fact quite the opposite he was extremely patient and didn t mind one bit to reiterate things again and again.... how very unusual for today s employees! I do hope that Craig gets commended and rewarded for going above and beyond because if it was not for him I would still have the terrible taste in my mouth of the nasty sales rip off.... instead he turned my opinion totally around and instead of spreading the word of my terrible experience now I get to rave about my service guy! Everyone in service has been pleasurable so it is totally because of the service department that I am considering Brown Daub for my next purchase ... trust me ....that was not at all a possibility a short time ago! I must admit the only other reason is because you have had a change on the sales management end as well. I should take the time to tell you that when I first came to Brown Daub with my father John M Schocken he was given a price on a car and we went home to figure our finances out... well my father and I pooled our monies together to get the monthly payment down bc my father was older and it was probably going to be his last car and he would be leaving it to me and didn t want to saddle me with a payment I couldn t afford... so we came up with 10, 000 dollars which should have brought our payment down considerably but nope that was not the case at all in fact the payment went up and when I asked how could that be I was told oh I should ignore any price given by sales people only the finance people count ..... What???? ....i was so fit to be tied I would have walked out at the obvious bull that was being forced down our throats but there was my Dad wanting this particular vehicle... so I had to swallow that garbage and continue with the purchase .... a short time later my father passed and we took over the Payment’s but the car was bigger then we needed so we came back to Brown Daub and traded in that vehicle for a sportage ... in order to get that payments down we decided to lease we explained to them that we needed the payment to be 300 ish and being we were leasing and we had paid down the vehicle we were trading in so much we we’re told yes they should be able to get us there and at first they were there then low and behold when it came time for signing the price kept on going up and up and up ... at first we told them 350 was our absolute highest and they said they should be able to do that and we started doing paperwork and all and then they came at us with 375 .... the sales people actually said to come on what s 25 dollars more a month ... I tried and tried and tried to hang in there and logic with them to say that s 25 dollars over what I can afford that is actually another small bill right there... but no matter how long we hung in there they insisted they could not go lower ... we argued but this is a lease and there is plenty of equity and that s too much for a lease but they just insisted they could not do it for less ... so reluctantly we agreed but I literally said to them now this includes everything tax and all ...right because I do not want a monthly bill for even 1 penny more then 375.00 ... they assured me that the amount they gave me included tax not a penny more and low and behold when I got my bill it was 391.44!!!! Not only that but they put on the contract 36 months and the sales people hounded me day after day after day saying that it was suppose to be 39 months and the finance department is going to pull the deal unless we resign with the 39 months and then they proceeded to show at at my door to get me to sign!!!!! I think by now you can see why I was never ever ever going to deal with Brown Daub Kia again.... and like this story started .... in walked Craig Garrison and the service team in all their glory... Servicing with a smile , not pushing me to do anything other then what was necessary and with all the integrity possible and started to turn my horrendous experience around. Last I was there they told me the sales division was under new management which coupled with their excellent service just might be the turning point for me . I have to admit I m not 100% yet but if they had a chance at all it would be because the service department saved the day for sure! The experience I had with sales was nothing short of a total rip off and when I complained to Kia finance they said there is nothing they could do.. it s the dealerships issue!!! Well anyway that s my Brown Daub Kia Story... here s hoping you ll do something to make it a happy ending... awaiting a response!!!!! Thank you! Dee Butto 610 217 1286 More

Brown Daub Kia Crew Has Gone Above & Beyond! Where to begin... This year has been tough for my husband and I. We bought a 2019 Kia Sportage from Gabrielle Waldenmayer back on February 11, 2019. S Where to begin... This year has been tough for my husband and I. We bought a 2019 Kia Sportage from Gabrielle Waldenmayer back on February 11, 2019. She was amazing! She was calm, easy to deal with, and never gave off that pushy car sales person vibe. She was helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I left there that night with a brand new car. It was closing time and I know she had to have wanted to go home. Her and the General Manager, Steve Parr took the time to walk us out and take a picture with us and our new car. Fast forward to June 8, 2019. I was in a terrible car wreck and someone hit me totaling my brand new car. I was devastated! I called the dealership on June 11, 2019 and spoke to Steve. He assured me that everything was going to be alright and he would help me any way that he could. He started by crediting back the pro-rated amount left on the extended warranty I took out. That helped a lot. Then he called me back later that night and had Gabrielle speak with me. She told me that Steve and her were working on getting us into a brand new 2020 Kia Sportage. I was totally not expecting this considering that everything was taking so long with the bank and insurance to work things out with the other car being deemed a total loss. Gabrielle spent most of that evening texting and talking on the phone with me to figure out which color car I wanted and what extras I was expecting. She closed the night by assuring me that I would have a new car on Wednesday (6/12/19). My husband and I went to the dealership on June 12, 2019 and Gabrielle made this so easy for me. She worked diligently with the Business/Finance Manager, Kyle Arcury that evening to get me in my new car quickly. Kyle was great! He explained all of our options clearly and completely. Since there were still some logistics lingering out there from the other car, the Brown Daub Team put some temporary plates on there until everything was worked out. I left with a new car! Fast forward to June 15, 2019. I went back to the dealership to finalize all the details on the new car. I walked in there and it seemed like everyone knew who I was and they were all so kind. I sat with Gabrielle for a bit until Kyle was able to get all of the remaining paperwork in order. Again, I can’t begin to tell you how fabulous she is! If you go to Brown Daub be sure to ask for Gabrielle! It is always a no stress situation with her. After signing all of the paperwork with Kyle there was still one more step that needed to be completed. My husband was at work and needed to sign the paperwork also. I must say Kyle really went above and beyond. This man put together all of the paperwork and we drove to my husbands work so that he could sign off on the paperwork! I couldn’t believe it! A dealership that took all this time and put all this effort into something and actually genuinely cared about the tough time that my family and I were going through. I’ve never seen that or experienced that in my entire life. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I hope that Brown Daub realizes how important it is to have a great General Manager like Steve Parr, an accommodating Finance Manager like Kyle Arcury, and absolutely the most FABULOUS and AMAZING sales person like Gabrielle Waldenmayer! Thank you all for everything! More
