Fair, Upfront, Friendly and Efficient Mike B sold us a 2019 used vehicle for a "great price." We called ahead and they had the vehicle out front, ready for a test drive. Mike went over the facts of the vehicle and never pushed the sale on us. We bought it that day and Mike and his team efficiently prepared all the paperwork so we were out by lunch. My first dealership experience! When I went to Brown Daub Kia on August 17, 2019 I was so nervous. My transmission in my previous vehicle was no longer working and I was without a ve When I went to Brown Daub Kia on August 17, 2019 I was so nervous. My transmission in my previous vehicle was no longer working and I was without a vehicle. I was scared that I wouldn't get approved as this was my first time at a dealership. I was approached by Gabrielle and the process began. She was wonderful, she was thoughtful of my needs and did not try to push or rush me into anything! I told her what I was looking for and my price and we began our search. With the help of another great gentleman (I apologize for not knowing his name) they were able to put me in a 2015 Kia Sportage and at a price I could afford. They also gave me an awesome trade for my previous vehicle. I drove off the lot that day in a (way newer) vehicle (than what I'm used to) and I absolutely love my Kia!! I would recommend Brown Daub Kia and Gabrielle to all my family and friends! Thank you so much again!! More
