My first dealership experience! When I went to Brown Daub Kia on August 17, 2019 I was so nervous. My transmission in my previous vehicle was no longer working and I was without a ve When I went to Brown Daub Kia on August 17, 2019 I was so nervous. My transmission in my previous vehicle was no longer working and I was without a vehicle. I was scared that I wouldn't get approved as this was my first time at a dealership. I was approached by Gabrielle and the process began. She was wonderful, she was thoughtful of my needs and did not try to push or rush me into anything! I told her what I was looking for and my price and we began our search. With the help of another great gentleman (I apologize for not knowing his name) they were able to put me in a 2015 Kia Sportage and at a price I could afford. They also gave me an awesome trade for my previous vehicle. I drove off the lot that day in a (way newer) vehicle (than what I'm used to) and I absolutely love my Kia!! I would recommend Brown Daub Kia and Gabrielle to all my family and friends! Thank you so much again!! More

People who enjoy their work! I took my car in for inspection/60k maintenance…was offered (and accepted) a shuttle ride home and then back when the car was finished. Everyone was I took my car in for inspection/60k maintenance…was offered (and accepted) a shuttle ride home and then back when the car was finished. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and explained everything that was to be done. The work was done in just over two hours, which included vacuuming the interior and washing. Nice! I’ve been going here since I bought the car and they have always been genuinely friendly and seem to truly enjoy their work, a rare but enjoyable experience! I highly recommend them for their professional work! My only regret? By not staying while the work was done I missed out on free popcorn and coffee! More

Work done as promised I was greeted immediately upon arrival. After a brief explanation of why I was there the service tech confirmed my appointment and told me how long u I was greeted immediately upon arrival. After a brief explanation of why I was there the service tech confirmed my appointment and told me how long until my car would be ready. I was offered s ride if needed or I could wait. shortly thereafter my car was being serviced. The waiting area was comfortable and tv’s were there. Popcorn and coffee etc was available free. When my car was ready the tech returned and escorted me to the cashier. He then walked me to my car. It was also washed and cleaned inside and out. After he thanked me for choosing their dealership I drove off satisfied with my experience. More
