Dropped car off the night before, filled out paperwork asking for car by noon. After multiple calls, finally picked up the car around 5:30 PM!! Delays are not communicated. I was told my car would be ready in a few hours, but it required an extra day of work. No one called to tell us this. We called an hour before the sh I was told my car would be ready in a few hours, but it required an extra day of work. No one called to tell us this. We called an hour before the shop closed to see if we could pick up our car, only to find out repairs would be another day. Issues or updates on cars are not well documented. When I have called to get an update, there are limited or no notes on previous visits, and the representative has to track down people to get any information on my car. More

The service department sucks. They did a terrible job on an oil change.
