I had to return my vehicle when repair was not completed the first time. Communication was poor both times. I had to reach out to the service department on both occasions. I was told that they left a mess the first time. Communication was poor both times. I had to reach out to the service department on both occasions. I was told that they left a message, but I never received a message or a missed call. When Scott was not available, another service personnel was going to have me leave a message or wait 3 days until Scott was back in the office. I knew my car must’ve been done and had to insist that they check. More
