bad experience wasted my time I seen a car I wanted to purchase so I made an online inquiry. I received two emails from Molly an assistant to Jeff verifying my information. Jeff t I seen a car I wanted to purchase so I made an online inquiry. I received two emails from Molly an assistant to Jeff verifying my information. Jeff then emailed me twice with the last response saying great news your car is available. I replied saying I wanted to come in the next day to purchase the vehicle. He called me in the morning and we set up to be there at 11am. I was getting ready to leave when he called be back and said sorry the car was sold on Saturday. He emailed me on Sunday and called me Monday morning saying the car was available. Imagine if I wasted my time to go there and find out it was sold days ago. Lucky I answered the phone to find out they didn't have it. Someone clearly dropped the ball here and I would blame Jeff as he did not verify the car was actually even there. If this is how they run a business I would be leery of buying a car from them as I had a horrible experience. More

great salesmen Arvind was great but once financial people came to play, they were disrespectful and rude. They yelled at the salesmen about him just relaxing.
