Well, not this time! Arvind and Nick made my latest car buying experience quick and painless. They were super friendly and worked with me to get me approved for a loan that fit my budget and didn't waste my time trying to push me into purchasing a car I didn't want or need. In just a couple of hours, I drove away in the car I actually went there to buy with a payment I don't have to beat myself up over. And what a sweet ride it is! I highly recommend Phillipsburg Easton Hyundai and their professional sales staff and look forward to having my 2013 Elantra serviced there (with all the perks you'd expect from a dealership) for many years to come. Super efficient and super nice people After being lied to and treated like junk by various NY dealers, I looked on Autotrader. Found a great mini van at a great price, just what I was looking for. Drove down from upstate NY, agreed to buy and did paperwork, took an hour or so. Came back next day and was collected by the gentleman salesman Arvind Patel from the bus station. I was driving away 20 minutes later! Great, professional service from everybody including the finance guy. Great place to do business, and I am a hard to please, pedantic nuisance to most people, so full marks to these guys for making my car purchase a happy one and hassle free. More

I have been buying cars my whole adult life. Normally, I find this process worse than going to the dentist! This time however, it was a very pleasant experience. He is first of all, the most honest car salesman I have ever met and I have met quite a few. He listened to our situation, which is complicated at best. He did not try to sell us something we did not need, instead he helped us get what we could afford. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with our selection. He even helped guide us by suggesting that instead of a new 2014 Elantra, we could get a new leftover 2013 Elantra as it had a great rebate. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He also was very supportive with our many questions and concerns. He gave us the opportunity to make our own decision, which I can tell you is rare. He did not judge our financial situation, which I have mentioned was complicated. Instead, he took the time to make sure that we knew what we were getting into. I would trust my family with this man. I also have to give great credit to Nick Graver. He worked very hard to get us into our new car. He spent a great deal of time on the phone trying to get us the best deal possible and he did it! Most finance people that I have met would have just given up and said there was nothing he could do for us. So overall, to say I was pleased is an understatement.
