Great Dealership, Greater People especially Anthony and Cyn! I have used this Dealership for awhile and have always been fairly happy. I have been looking at Veloster's for about 2 years. I ran some numbers abou I have used this Dealership for awhile and have always been fairly happy. I have been looking at Veloster's for about 2 years. I ran some numbers about 18 months ago but truthfully was turned off by the sales guy who was trying to push me into something I didn't want and couldn't afford. I almost left the Dealership at that time. Recently I took my Accent in for servicing and decided to look at whatever Veloster they had in the Show Room. They had a 2013 Red Turbo. When Anthony first asked me if he could help me I sad "no" but the more I thought about it I thought "why not". Anthony was wonderful! He wasn't pushy. He was upfront, honest, down to earth. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. And then for a test drive he found a 2013 6 Speed Black Veloster with 5000 miles and put a dream of a deal together for me! He is probably the Best Car Salesman I ever worked with. I felt like he got it.....he got me.....what I wanted! And he got it for me. A+++ Car Dealership I drove 100 miles to buy the car that I wanted. The car had all of the features that I wanted and for a low price. Once I arrived I was greeted by Arv I drove 100 miles to buy the car that I wanted. The car had all of the features that I wanted and for a low price. Once I arrived I was greeted by Arvind Patel in the parking lot. He quickly grabbed the car keys and we were out on a test drive... In a matter of 10 mins. Once I looked over the vehicle and agreed on a price filled out the financing paperwork. We went out to test drive another car while the finance team gathered all,of the paper work. Nick in the finance department was also excellent he did his best to get me the lowest rate possible and I was skeptical due to prior experiences buying cars. Nick made the process so smooth and painless. I thought to myself he is trying to get away with something but it was just my paranoia. Overall the experience was wonderful and I have already told friends about the dealership. Today I got a survey call regarding my purchase and Arvind followed up. Excellent Customer service.
