I had a terrible experience with my local Hyundai dealership service center in Lehigh Valley on the auto mile, so I decided to go into New Jersey to another Hyundai dealership for service. We took our two Hyundai cars in for scheduled maintenance and they ruined our cars, one of which we purchased there. I love Hyundai's and would never leave the brand, but when I found out that my local Hyundai had purchased this dealership I was very reluctant to do business with them. Anthony made that decision very easy, He Listened! He Apologized for his PA Counter parts! He convinced me it mattered to him, and being new to company never hesitated to promote the brand and the level of service that his location would stand behind. He has proven that not all car salesmen are car salesmen. He has restored my trust in what I thought was truly an untrustworthy profession. The staff were very incredible especially Donnie Dishman, and Ken Hittner. Donnie was our sales professional and went above and beyond to help with the purchase of our vehicle. He was attentive, knowledgable of the vehicle, and respectful of me and my family. Ken Hittner was our finance manager. Even though my credit wasnt strong, he treated me with respect and worked very hard to get me an amazing deal, and repectable financing. I have been to many other dealerships throught the years, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Anthony called us back and we explained we were very busy and if there weren't certain changes made with the deal we did not want to come in again. He assured us there won't be. He worked very hard on our behalf to make the deal happen. He worked with the service dept. to get the correct paperwork gas mileage reimbursement. He assisted us in obtaining our extended warranty money back, and even got the car inspected (we live in Pennsylvania) which was very appreciated. We think you have a great, new salesman in your company, He did a great job. More
