Rob, my salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He genuinely listened to what I wanted and needed in a new car and he worked hard to find a perfect match for me. All the employees at this dealership were personable and attentive. It was truly the first time I bought a car without feeling pressured or talked into something I didn't want. A $995 fee on a pre-owned car was not revealed until the very last step of the car buying process. Though we inquired repeatedly about extra costs to be added to the sale price, the certified pre-owned dealer preparation "fee" was not verbally disclosed until the very last minute and not until we found it on the final documents before signing. We are disappointed that our salesperson and the finance rep failed to shed light on this very expensive "fee". We will be shopping elsewhere. More
