Decent service, but high cost and no communication My experiences with this dealership have changed since they were purchased by Vinart. Under the previous ownership, the service costs were reasonable My experiences with this dealership have changed since they were purchased by Vinart. Under the previous ownership, the service costs were reasonable, and they kept in communication when work was to be performed and when it was complete, so that I knew when it was ready for pick-up. The last two service appointments have been less than acceptable. On the first occasion, no one called to tell me that the car was ready, and by the time I called THEM, the service department was closed. On the second occasion, the car was brought in for warranty service. Once again, no one called me to let me know the status of the vehicle. I had to call them, and was then informed that it would be ready the next day. The next day, again, I didn't receive a phone call to let me know the work was completed. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I understand that the service department can get busy, and that there isn't always time to make phone calls, but if the service manager lacks the time, then perhaps they need to hire more people. The cost of service had also gone up significantly. The same service performed a year before Vinart took over had cost almost half as much. This kind of increase in fees seems excessive. More

They had a very nice waiting area with fresh coffee and bagels (it was early morning) along with free WiFi. Unlike my experiences with the dealership where I originally purchased my car, they didn't use the inspection as an excuse to push unneccessary (and often overpriced) repairs. I'll definitely come back! More
