I went late on a Saturday and closed the place because our salesman worked his magic cut my interest rate in half, got me the car I wanted, and stayed late past closing to ensure everything was taken care of. The customer service was exceptional and everyone was so friendly. Definitely an awesome car buying experience! More

I had an AMAZING experience You know how you expect to walk into a dealership and expect to be met with a salesperson? Well, come to Vinart's Hyundai and ask for Fernando Santia You know how you expect to walk into a dealership and expect to be met with a salesperson? Well, come to Vinart's Hyundai and ask for Fernando Santiago. I didn't need to ask for him; we were introduced by a staff member while my Sonata was being mechanically reviewed. I told Fernando that I'd like a SUV with trunk space that would accommodate my painting canvases 5'w x 6'l. I liked the Santa Fe; did he have a tape measure? In moments, I was overly satisfied. I was also confirmed that I would now have 4-wheel drive. Excellent, as now I have to travel from the city of Allentown to monthly meetings in the Pocono Mountains - at night. He reviewed safety benefits. But this is what is so amazing: I was outside looking at a vehicle that had just been delivered and the staff meantime cleaned up another Santa Fe, with different features, and wheeled it into the showroom. He had communicated to the staff what he needed for a sale, but I never felt I was being sold! I identified myself as interested and he followed up. Fernando has a wide business background that yields him the skills and maturity to know it really is "Take care of the Client first. The Sale will come later." By listening to what I needed, what I liked, and what made no difference to me, I gave him a road map to follow in bringing me the right vehicle. Now we had to come to terms. I would never consider myself a great negotiator. I had a monthly payment in mind. The Sales Manager had a monthly payment in mind. I put more money down. The Sales Manager worked on the value of my trade-in. And the monthly payment price dropped. We we all satisfied. (There is a funny side story: I wasn't sure I'd buy a SUV that day so I didn't have a lot of money in my checking account. I asked to leave the dealership while we were negotiating -- which could be a sign I wasn't coming back -- and to prove I was as sincere as Fernando's efforts and mine, I left my wallet to be put in the office safe. When we were done, the Sales Manager said that was a "true sign" I'd be back. And we all laughed!) And now, after explaining the many gizmos patiently, Fernando had the sale..with everyone feeling good. "Listen to the Client first. The Sale will come later." It is the process I had taught my many, many employees as we grew from a $2.5 million bank to a $2.5 bank. Fernando never knew I had been in bank marketing most of my career, rising from a manager to executive vice president. I had simply talked about my art career, which I had adopted after a brain injury. Yes, we so often think we'll be met by a sales agent. With Fernando, you'll be met by someone who listens to you. Because you are important. You provide the road map. He'll provide you the car you need- and want! More

My husband spoke with Billy and test drove two vehicles. Billy was very open and easy to talk to. He explained everything very thoroughly. We went back to the dealership and finalized the deal at the end of the day. Nick, from the finance department, was so kind and understand about our financial situation. We are currently rebuilding our credit and he got the lowest interest rate possible with a low payment to go with it. They stayed within our budget and matched our trade from the other dealership without question! We met the service department by scheduling our first oil change for February 2016. While we were anxiously waiting for the bank's decision, Tom sat and talked with us. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Billy, Tom, and Nick were excellent to deal with! I was not only treated well, but received outstanding customer service by the entire sales and management staff (as well as the detailing personnel). I was thoroughly and completely informed of all of my options, and the reasons behind them, during every step of the sales process. In the end, I was able to drive away with a car that not only met my needs but exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank TJ for laying the groundwork, John Anderson for an outstanding sales experience and his attention to detail and Nick for doing what it took to get me a fair financing deal. I will definitely return to this dealership for future purchases, and I would recommend them with the highest possible rating to anyone considering investing in a new or used vehicle. We didn't feel any pressure in making the purchase and they seemed to care about us more than any of the other dealerships that we had recently looked for cars at. Their prices were comparable to other places we had looked at in the area, but with the service we got there, it was an easy choice. We would definitely go back! More
