His knowledge of the Hyundai Sonata was great. He owns one himself and knew the "in and outs" of it. After all 3 I found the one for me (2013 Hyundai Sonata SE). The transfer and paper work was a breeze and I was out with my car in no time. This place was great and I love my car. Customer service was great too. A nice experience at a car delaership!!!! This was a very unexpected used car search experience. In a good way! My wife and I test drove 5 or six different used and new cars on a busy Saturday This was a very unexpected used car search experience. In a good way! My wife and I test drove 5 or six different used and new cars on a busy Saturday morning. My sales guys, Billy M. and Rob M. were professional, personable and knowledgeable. No hard sell or the usual pressure here. Strangely enough all the employees seemed genuinely happy people who liked to work there.. They really bent over backwards to help you(offering to synch up your phone, giving you little tips about the cars you're testing instead of having to wade through an owners manual) I think they could tell when you wanted to be alone to talk with your spouse about certain things but always seemed to appear whenever you were done and needed them back. After test driving 2 cars a couple of more times we selected a used 2014 Sonata with about 20k miles on it.(purchased 11/1/15) which has been great so far to date. The car really sold itself. I'm a big guy and it was SO roomy and comfortable to drive. The warranty Hyundai includes on the used cars is great(please see the dealer for details)LOL. Overall, it was a nice experience and not the usual car buying nightmare. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a low stress, no hassle experience. I personally would not hesitate to return there. I bet you guys(Billy and Rob) thought I'd never get around to writing the review! HA More

My first car!! Recently I had to buy a car so I could get to work and college. I am inexperienced with this process and I didn't want to get taken advantege of, or Recently I had to buy a car so I could get to work and college. I am inexperienced with this process and I didn't want to get taken advantege of, or not to know what I was getting into. Arvind listened to what my needs and driving experiences were. He picked a few cars for me to test drive based on that. He was right on the mark!!! While all of the cars were a good fit, I went with the one I felt most comfortable driving and had the best warranty and gas mileage. I went during a hige sale and the dealership was packed with customers. However throughout this process Arvind made sure I was being taken care of when he was with another customer!!! I was not sitting around all day waiting for him. I don't know how he balanced so many customers at once without making anyone feel neglected or that they were not being listened to. Additionally he took the time to explain the impact of my loan on my credit rating!!! This experience for me was not as scary as I thought it would be!! When I graduate college and can buy my first new car I will absolutely go back to Hyundai and see Arvind!!! In the meantime I will continue to recommend him to all of my friends. More
