"Great buying experience" Saturday 2/20/16 Myself and my wife just a purchased a vehicle from Phillipsburg Easton Hyundai and I have to say it was a great buying experience. As soon as we walked into the showroom we were greeted by one of the managers whom then proceeded to introduce us to Billy, the sales person. Billy was extremely helpful and I felt that he was truly looking after our personal interests. We went to this dealership already having an vehicle in mind, once we took the car for a test drive we decided it was not the right vehicle for us, so Billy proceeded to find something that met our price range and specifications. One thing I can say is the vehicle that we found with the help of Billy exceeded our expectations. This dealership also provides an auto expert or a type of liaison that works between the sales staff and customer who will accompany the customer on test drives to answer any questions. Rob, who is the individual that serves this role was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also worked with us in helping to find a car that met our needs. Not only does he perform test drives with the customer, he also took the time to show us around the service area by showing the amenities that the service center offers and where to go and expect when bringing your car in for service work. Rob also is the final interaction with the dealership in which he does a final presentation with the vehicle before you drive away to show you the important and fun features such as linking you smart phone with the car, which he took the time to actually do for us. Bottom line, I found Billy, Rob, and the dealership to have a down to earth type feel with a very professional attitude., Thanks Billy and Rob! More

I recently had my car towed there after an accident and the service depart and mechanics noticed a bigger problem with my motor and made sure they fixed it before returning it to me.
