It's the little things I came to this dealership to purchase a new car after my lease with Hyundai was up. I did purchase a new car through them and the initial experience w I came to this dealership to purchase a new car after my lease with Hyundai was up. I did purchase a new car through them and the initial experience was fine. It was once I received the car that I started having issues. I received the car at the end of January. One of the things I purchased with my car was the tech package. I like the features that it adds and the up-charge is overall reasonable, in my opinion. The big reason I put forward the extra money is for the in-dash system. A big part of that is the GPS. I like using the vehicle GPS on longer trips as the phone's GPS tends to overheat after a few hours run time. I purchased the car and they had to deliver it from another dealer so I picked it up the following night. Unfortunately when I came to pick up the car, the navigation system reported an error that the SD Card was not compatible. Apparently the card is specific to the car/software and was not the right one. They promised to find the right one and a few days later they found one. Sadly, this card did not work either. They promised to order a new one specifically for the car and they did. This new card sat on back order for the better part of February and finally it came in nearer to the end of the month. This card also did not work. They promised to keep working on this and then a few days later I received a notice for the lease I returned stating I owed around $615. Apparently there is a $400 disposition fee that Hyundai charges when returning a lease if you do not use Hyundai Finance for your new vehicle. I was asked and did say that Hyundai Finance would be fine when buying my car but they ended up going with PNC financing through the dealer. This dealership has wasted my time and my money at this point. I only recommend that this business should work to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In order to prevent this problem in the future, they should take extra care to check their cars before delivery. Make sure the basics all turn on and work. It would take a minute to check something like the GPS by just pointing it to an address. It's like going to google or facebook to make sure the internet is up and working at home. It will save their customers from dealing with this issue. I would rather they disappointed me by delaying my car, which would still have been a 5 star review as it would have been a proactive solution, and given me an equivalent vehicle with working features. Instead, I feel compelled to write this silly review over a faulty SD Card required to run the nav system because no one bothered to be proactive. Now they're scrambling for any solution but the simple one: Just replace the vehicle with a functioning one and fix it on your own time instead of wasting your customer's time. I will refrain from rating the individual salesmen as given below. This is a failure at a business level. Too many people needed to trip up to cause this issue. I don't believe it's fair to rate them individually for this problem. On my scoring, the people are very friendly as any sales professional should be. I am forced to score low on all else as this issue is not good customer service, it makes the car bad at any price to deal with all this hassle for a small part, and it totally ruins the overall experience. Great service I needed shock absorbers for my 2009 Hyundai Accent. I dealt with Tom in service. My car also made a noise when I pressed the brakes and was concerned I needed shock absorbers for my 2009 Hyundai Accent. I dealt with Tom in service. My car also made a noise when I pressed the brakes and was concerned it would be so expensive, but they checked it and it turned out that the belts needed tightening, it was an inexpensive fix. Shock absorbers are costly which is expecpted. Tom was very reassuring, helpful and I trust him. I also got a lift home and back when my car was done. Monty the driver was very kind and pleasant. This dealership has a good team of people and I'll continue to bring my car to them. They are honest and trustworthy. Thank you. More
